About Me

Rhea Hood represents integrity, high energy, and excellent customer service in every detail of your transaction. Rhea is a native of the metro area, growing up in Philadelphia area and raised Southern New Jersey. Her enchantment with real estate manifested early on with an interest in ugly homes (bank owned, abandoned, etc). She spearheaded several renovation projects for herself, family and friends. She formally transitioned this love into the real estate profession in 2018. As a novice agent, she dived head first into the industry representing sellers, buyers, and investors. Rhea is a committed mother of three who keeps her relevant and active with their sports careers. She has been involved with them and the Next Dimension Track and Field Club. She has received commendations for being an exceptional parent leader over the years becoming an integral part of the organization’s success. Rhea also has an excellent rapport with people of all ages. Her communication skills allow her to connect with all kinds of people and to inspire them to put forth their best effort. Rhea is a lifetime learner who in addition to degrees from Lincoln University and Capella University has business and project management certificates attending Rutgers School of Business. Rhea uses this training to proactively strategize for her clients.
